The “PLACEMENT CELL” is an android application that may be utilized by the scholar throughout the organization with the correct login ID. This application also can be utilized by the training and placement officer to take care of all the records of the scholars additionally because of the activities associated with the training and placement cell.

The students have to register themselves for the position through this application. The College here is that the admin and also the student and also the company both have two different applications where they need to register with their details and also the admin which may be a web-based system approves or disapproves or takes any action. The corporation also can post new jobs, see the scholars or new applications.

Modules used in this project

LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

Login for Company: Company may log in through a special interface through a desktop on his server machine with company details.
Login for admin: The T&P admin will access through data server URL accessing at the local machine through a login form which is thru the desktop browser. Admin sees a listing of scholars and corporations and approves or disapproves their account.
Login for Students: The scholar needs to sign up and can be signed in until he signs out.

CREATING DATABASE:

The Administrator and the company only have the rights to access the database module. The administrator will upload the knowledge regarding the campus drive and use of the corporate side.

INFORMATION FOR THE STUDENTS

In this module, the student can view the desired information uploaded by the admin regarding the campus drive and also details of the actual company.

PLACED STUDENTS STATUS

After the completion of campus placement, the ultimate list of placed students will be uploaded by the admin, which can be viewed by the scholars and also the placement officer.

Project Implementation

The system encompasses three modules:

Administrator panel

Student panel

Company Placement officer.

Firstly the scholars have to register themselves. Once the registration gets successful the scholars are going to be given a singular id and password also their details are going to be stored within the database.
The company placement officer also will be provided with a singular id and password by the administrator.
If any student has to make changes in their academic or personal profiles they'll make a call for participation to the admin officer. Later the request is going to be approved and also the administrator will make the changes. The upcoming campus drive and campus details are going to be uploaded by the administrator.
Once the recruitment process gets completed the ultimate list of the placed students is going to be uploaded by the administrator. Students also can check for the previous placement.

Student can directly view the corporate details.
Jobs can be applied anytime, anywhere and can also be withdrawn.
The system provides the facilities to potential job seekers to save lots of their time from placement worries.

Disadvantages:

No Email system integrated during this system.
The Student can’t manipulate their data once signed. It'll require the admin to vary their data.
Requires internet connection.

Future Applications:

This application is useful for all the universities where placements and recruitment make it very easy for college students and corporations.
It gives reports that provide descriptive details, including various numbers of students placed within the company.
