E-learning is a technology where computers are used for providing instructions which help us to learn something. It is a machine where technology related to videos, computers are applied so that learning becomes easier.

Nowadays machine learning is widely accepted and there is no universal model for E-learning

The adoption and acceptance is influenced by the contextual, cultural, social and technological differences of countries

Factors affecting E-learning adoption

1. Cost

• It is one of the most significant factors that affect its adoption and execution
• The another thing which affects the most is technology
• The acceptance of latest technology costs more when it comes to manual teaching
• The other expenses which are considered are the owning of an internet connection
• The other thing is that if a technology is adopted, it is now important that for how much time this technology will be new
• The other problem is that if a new technology is adopted then there should be efficient resources to use that technology

2. Time

• This is the most important thing to keep and grow the E-learning techniques
• In normal procedures, more time is taken but where in E-learning the time has taken is less
• It is mainly dependent on features such as varieties of tools used and the number of control procedures is used together

3. Technology

• This is the most important part of applying and developing the E-learning
• These take adamants from the users and the business enterprise
• The another thing is that the companies who want to use EL promise that they have the potential to use it by applying procedures
• The users should also devote intense attention to that they have the capabilities and hardware’s to operate EL
• This also claims that many classes of EL are dead due to the inefficiency to spend
• This can also be used as security systems, etc. by applying suitable hardware’s and software’s

4. Attitude

• This maybe our approach to applying digital learning if we intend to apply this innovation of technology
• The workers may want to adopt and grasp the exact warranties of EL and may be motivated to manage it
• This may be applied as a brand new strategy such that more universities get recognized and thus arrangements may be changed into internally and externally

Thus, it may be concluded from this project that many factors are affecting EL. The EL should be developed such that more and more technologies are developed
