Water is the main source that runs the world. Water is used in almost every industry for production, servicing and so on. As a result of this, a heavy volume of water is being extracted and used. Then it is discharged in the form of effluent.

Natural calamities will occur at any time and kill many people all over the world. There are many different types of natural calamities such as earthquakes, floods etc… The losses are very high including property loss, human loss, crops loss etc…

In this world, waste is generated from every work we do. Statistics says that about 62 million tonnes of wastes are generated from urban cities.

These wastes generated from urban cities must be collected by the municipality of the city but due to some constraints this waste is not being collected on time.

If the garbage is not collected regularly, it becomes a good place for breeding of the houseflies and it will make the place hard to live because it will be comprising of materials which will start to decompose and dreadful smell will be covered all over the area.  

People refer green concrete which is having the coloured pigment. But generally, the concrete which is environmentally friendly is called as green concrete. This concrete will use less energy for its production, and also emits less carbon dioxide than normal concrete. The concrete is mainly comprised of cement. The main component of the manufacturing of the cement is limestone (calcium Carbonate CaCO₃). During the manufacturing of the cement the raw materials are heated about 800 – 1000 degree Celsius. Approximately 1kg of cement releases around 900gs of CO₂ into the air.

These days electricity has become a need for the survival of the human being on this earth. The major source of the electricity is conventional energy sources which is produced in thermal power stations by using Coal. And the reserves of the coal are been depleted day by day.

Water is the main source for the survival of the mankind. Water is used for irrigation, drinking, sanitation etc… we cannot imagine the world without water. Water is used for the drinking purposes is to be treated properly.

Plastic has become a daily need in our life and at present it is posing a greater threat to the environment. Nearly a 200 million tons of plastic is been produced worldwide annually.

Concrete is thee majorly used material in the construction industry and it is also evident that it is one of the materials that are in the part of emitting the CO₂ into the atmosphere.
