Some basic lightweight materials like wood, plastic, and other polymer foams are generally used for manufacturing gliders.

As we know speedboats are the fastesr way to travel on water as they sail at comparatively higher speed than the conventional boats and ships. Hence the designing of boats plays an important role where the fluid dynamics is the major area to focus and optimize the design for less hydro-static drags.
