Through this project you will develop a robot that uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag sensors, laser range sensors and ultrasonic sensors to find its way out of a path. The robot that you build will automatically move along the path using the scanned range data till it finds a tad and then follows a pre-set map for the next movement.

To automate the toll collection process their by reducing the long queues at toll booths using the RFID tags installed on the vehicle.In addition to this,it cannot only help in vehicle theft detection but also can track vehicles crossing the signal and over speeding vehicles. This system is used by vehicle owners,system administrator.Other general advantages for the motorists include fuel savings and reduced mobile emissions by reducing or eliminating deceleration,waiting time and acceleration.

The security system is more essential in homes, offices, banks, storage place, industries, etc…Lock system starts from the initial stage use the different materials shape, size, etc... Even in the software having the lock system to save the files from the unwanted files, to keep the files safe from the other.

Today in India, Most of the people are getting products like Rice, Kerosene, Sugar etc. at low cost from government as Ration every month. Generally there will be a man who will scan the fingerprint and eyes for issuing the Ration. So usually it will take lot of time. So Imagine there is a machine where once you scanned your card, you will get products you want. Through this project you are going to create a unique Ration Machine based on the RFID Cards.

Today one of the most important issue which everyone has to consider is the parking management in highly populated cities in order to avoid public disturbance, traffic jams and unnecessary fines. Imagine there is a system where you can park vehicle underground. Once you had parked your vehicle, whenever you need your vehicle you can get it back by simply scanning your RFID card. The parking slot with your vehicle will come back to you. Isn’t this good? Through this project you are going to create a unique Under Ground Parking System using RFID.

Generally in railway stations, we have long queues particularly in local train stations in metro Politian cities for getting tickets. Because of this people need to waste lot time. In order to avoid the above mentioned, you are going to build an innovative smart ticketing card for local trains based on RFID. With this project person who has the smart card, they can directly using the local train services without buying ticket at the time. But the fair for their travel will be collected at the end of every month.

We all know what blind people have to undergo in their daily life. It is difficult for them to identify different buildings, streets, and even classrooms. There is a need for an alternate method that will help them to identify streets and classrooms. The application of RFID solves this problem and eases things for them. When the reader reads the tag, an audio clip plays on the earplugs. The blind student carries a handheld console or wears them around their neck. Once they come across the classroom, the console scans the RFID tag installed outside. Once the scan is complete, they hear audio feedback on the earplugs. The entire process takes 15-20 seconds and is effective and fast. The time taken by the process depends upon the speed of the Wi-Fi.

In this RFID project, we will use RFID to make a lock for your PC. With this lock, you will be saved from the annoying task of typing passwords every time you start your PC. As a matter of fact, RFID is quite a cheap technology to use and is reliable as well.

The project is meant to count the number of passengers and their information throughout the journey. This application is based on an RFID system which is a radio frequency identification system that facilitates the system to count the number of passengers. If the bus, unfortunately, met an accident the GPS installed in it will send their information to the nearest hospital. The GPS system enables us to calculate the distance travelled by bus. The automatic Bus Ticketing system implemented by RFID will count the number of passengers enter or exit.

Daily travellers need to go through the long queue at ticketing centre and also the cost manipulation is quite a time taking. The time lag can harm the daily travellers so there is a need for a card which contains information about the traveller. A smart system will read the data and then calculate the cost accordingly on the options chosen by the traveller. This would save a lot of time and will be time-saving.

Road fatalities are quite common these days as we hear it in everyday news. New companies are coming up with new advanced systems to track the vehicle and then send signals. The RFID can be used to read the signals and interpret it to give digital signals. The vehicles are now coming with highly equipped sensors and RFID system which enables us to be safe on the journey. The following project is based on such activity which will work on vehicle intelligence.

The governments are also aware of it and newer public transport systems like metros are being started in most major cities around the globe. The public is also starting to act responsible and using these public transports and is contributing to a better tomorrow.
